How does it work?

There is a tremendous workforce gap when it comes to cybersecurity. There aren't enough professionals in the industry, and employers say that there is no consistency in the skills that jobseekers possess. We work with industry partners to offer internships, pre-apprenticeships, and apprenticeships so they can grow the exact workforce they need. By collaborating in the training process, employers can drive the talent pipeline creation to ensure that future employees have the necessary foundation to contribute meaningfully.
