We bridge the gap between education and employment to ensure students graduate with the practical skills and credentials that employers need.

How does it work?

We partner with regional consortiums to vertically align curriculum from K12 to 2-year and 4-year colleges and, finally, to our industry partners. By standardizing the knowledge base in high school, students in 2-year colleges can accelerate their learning and credential attainment to produce high quality talent that can enter the workforce directly or continue on to a 4-year university.
